What we'll need from you

  • Your two most recently filed federal returns. For most people that's 2024 and 2023, or 2024 and 2025 if you've already filed for 2025. PDFs are easiest.
  • A short questionnaire. Filled out in the portal when you sign up — basics like dependents, business activity, rental properties, and what's on your mind for this year.
  • Time for the call. Plan on 30–45 minutes. You'll pick a slot from our scheduling page once your documents are in.

Common questions

The deposit is non-refundable, but it's applied as a credit on your first tax return invoice with us. If you decide not to engage us for return prep after the review and call, the $200 is not returned.

Individuals and small businesses who want a working relationship with a CPA — especially self-employed professionals (Schedule C), people selling or owning rental properties, and small-business owners with bookkeeping or business tax needs. Not a great fit for very simple W-2-only returns.

We only take on Washington state residents. We work with clients all across the state — in person in the Greater Seattle area and remotely throughout Washington.
